We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1. Job Title: Marketing Executive

Location: Lagos
Key Responsibilities

Conduct research to identify new market and customer needs
Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
Build long term relationship with new and existing customers
Generate new businesses and raise awareness of company products and services
Maintain quality and productive relationship with clients and address their needs effectively
Work with management in developing marketing campaigns to support sales strategy
Adhere to all quality standards and processes for the acquisition of customers and opportunities
Manage accounts and meet or exceed targeted limits

Qualifications

Minimum of B.Sc. in Marketing, Social Sciences or any Management related course.
Minimum of 4-5 years post qualification experience preferably in the HMO or Insurance industry
Knowledge of the operations of the National Health Insurance Scheme (NHIS) will be an added advantage
Excellent selling and customer relationship skills.

2. Job Title: Head of Underwriting

Location: Lagos
Key Responsibilities

Analyze information in insurance applications
Develop and implement underwriting procedures/processes
Asses and Underwrite the risk of clients, decide whether to offer insurance.
Determine appropriate premiums and amount of coverage
Evaluate recommendations from underwriting software
Conduct Quality Control and prepare monthly, quarterly, and/or annual reports

Requirements

Minimum of first degree or its equivalent in Actuarial Sciences, Insurance or related field
Post Graduate Qualification in Actuarial Sciences, insurance, health Management, health financing or related fields
Certificate in or professional membership of insurance, actuary sciences or related bodies
ICT in Ms Excel, Ms word and field specific software
Minimum of 10 years’ experience post NYSC
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in relevant and related field
Attendance of related Courses/workshops/seminars etc.
